BCCI 20Th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
July 23 -25, 2008
Post Falls, Idaho

Here is your chance to enjoy a BCCI event to remember!! The 20 year anniversary event planning committee has been diligently working to bring the celebration together. Please look for the RSVP information included in this newsletter. It is very important that we know how many members and guests we will need to accommodate. Please help us to bring you the best anniversary event yet!! Remember this celebration is free to all BCCI members and their immediate family members.

Wednesday, July 23rd:
Celebration kick-off welcome banquet (Wednesday evening)
ľ BCCI slide show, door prizes, special video, free gifts to club members & guests, photo opportunity with Chuck & CJ Buck, coverage by cutlery publications, catered dinner, great fellowship time, recognition of VIP guests

Thursday, July 24th & Friday, July 25th:
Seminars, factory tours, regional BCCI meeting, catered lunch

Patio Party BBQ at Mirabeau Park Hotel:
For Thursday evening we are planning a no-host BBQ fare along the hotel patio adjacent to the pool. Enjoy excellent cuisine and a relaxing atmosphere as a preview to the Club knife exchange. This is optional for those who want to relax a bit between Club events. Look for more details in your RSVP packet and in our next newsletter.

Club Knife Exchange ¡V Thursday Evening:
Bring any Buck knives you would like to sell or trade. If necessary, you may ship your knives to Buck in advance. Club members will also be able to ship any acquired knives to avoid airline issues.

Host Hotel:
Mirabeau Park Hotel & Convention Center
N. 1100 Sullivan Road

(located between Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID)

Our special group rate is $99/night (double occupancy). This is an excellent rate for this full service hotel during high tourist season. Please notify them upon making your reservation that you are with Buck Collectors Club in order to get the group rate. Mirabeau Park Hotel is just minutes from the Buck Knives factory and will be a focal point for several of the celebration activities.

The following events will be at Mirabeau Park Hotel:

ľ Optional Thursday night patio party BBQ
ľ BCCI knife exchange

Due to space limitations at the Buck Knives factory it is possible that one or more of the seminars will also be held at the host hotel, but we are hoping that is not necessary.

Please note that our special group rate will be honored both before and after the actual dates of our event should you decide to arrive early or stay longer and enjoy the many tourist attractions in the Post Falls/Spokane area.

RV Options:
Check the appropriate box in the RSVP section to have RV parking information included in your packet. It should not be a problem to drive your RV to the hotel and/or the Buck factory in order to attend the various events.

Car rental
We have arranged to obtain the Buck Knives Corporate rate from Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Let them know you are with the Buck Collectors Club and you will receive the special Buck Knives Corporate rate.

Displays:
There is limited space available for displays. If you would like to bring your Buck knives display please contact Larry Oden. All display items must be under glass or Plexiglas. Displays will be subject to space and table availability but we hope to accommodate everyone.

Buck Factory Store:
The Buck Knives factory store will be open for extended hours during our event and club members will receive very special discounted pricing.

Other items of interest:
20th anniversary event and BCCI logo merchandise is available in this newsletter and will be for sale at the event. Availability is limited on some items. We are arranging for much of the 20th year celebration and activities to be recorded and made available on video and DVD. You are also welcome to bring cameras and/or recorders to preserve your memories of the celebration. If you are unable to attend you will still be able to have a ¡§taste¡¨ of what you will miss.
